Welcome to the Database of Randomized Controlled Trials in Hyperbaric Medicine (DORCTIHM). This site contains: 1. A searchable citation database of all human randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses published in the field of Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine2. Links from all citations to a standardized, one-page critical appraisal of the methodological quality and results of each trial. (CATs)
